Utilising natural therapies such as herbal medicine, nutritional supplements, food as medicine, lifestyle coaching, reiki and holistic counselling; we give the body the resources it needs to bring itself back into balance and heal.

Naturopathy treats both the underlying root cause of illness as well as the presenting symptoms.

Hi, I’m Tara Hearne; a trauma-informed Naturopath, Nutritionist, Energy Healer & Intuitive Coach with over 10 years’ experience, based in Melbourne.

I help women improve their mental health, gut health, hormones & sleep, rebalance their nervous system and recover from stress related health issues such as; Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, PMS & IBS. 

I help you let go of unhealthy habits and make positive changes across all areas of your life.

I balance naturopathic principles with western medicine; utilising conventional and functional pathology testing when required.

I understand every woman is unique.

In consultation with you, I take a thorough case history, including a dietary and lifestyle analysis. I then prepare a personalised treatment plan, tailored to your needs, goals and lifestyle.

Are you feeling exhausted all the time?

Fatigue can be due to a lack of sleep, chronic stress, low iron levels, health conditions, mental health issues, hormone imbalances, a dysregulated nervous system, infections, poor nutrition & lifestyle and gut dysbiosis.

Chronic stress can cause a condition called Adrenal Fatigue (aka HPA Axis Dysregulation), which is often an underlying factor in other fatigue disorders. 

In treating fatigue, I look at balancing the HPA-Axis, blood sugar, and hormones.

I use a combination of herbal medicine, nutritional supplements and reiki energy healing to help balance your body and increase your energy & vitality.

I then prepare a personalised nutrition program for you. Utilising food as medicine and healthy lifestyle habits, I help you nourish and heal your physical body.
